This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how cas8no ("Company," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information about you ("Player," "User," "you") when you access or use the cas8no website and related services. This Policy is issued in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
§ 1 About This Policy
This Policy applies to all personal data collected by cas8no through the cas8no website, mobile platform, customer support channels, and any other touchpoint through which you interact with us. It applies to all registered players, prospective players, and visitors to the cas8no platform.
By registering an account or using the cas8no platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree with this Policy, you should not use the cas8no platform.
Governing Law: This Policy is governed by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. Where applicable, international data protection standards are also observed.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Responsible Gaming Policy, which together form the complete agreement governing your use of the cas8no platform.
§ 2 Data We Collect
cas8no collects personal data that is necessary, adequate, and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which it is collected. The categories of personal data we collect include:
Identity & Contact Data:
- Full legal name, date of birth, and gender
- Residential address (including city, province, and postal code)
- Email address and mobile phone number
- Government-issued identification documents (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license) submitted for KYC verification
Financial Data:
- GCash or PayMaya account details (mobile number only; we do not store PINs or passwords)
- Bank account details for BPI, BDO, or Metrobank transfers (account name and number only)
- Credit or debit card details (processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors; cas8no does not store full card numbers)
- Transaction history, including deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wagers
Technical & Usage Data:
- IP address, device type, operating system, and browser type
- Login timestamps, session duration, and pages visited
- Game activity logs, including games played, bet amounts, and outcomes
- Cookie identifiers and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)

cas8no uses your personal data for the following purposes:

- Service Delivery: To provide access to games, process deposits and withdrawals, apply bonuses, and deliver the core gaming services you have requested.

- Marketing Communications: To send you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates, where you have consented to receive such communications. You may opt out at any time.
cas8no will not use your personal data for any purpose that is incompatible with the purposes listed above without first obtaining your consent or establishing another lawful basis for processing.
§ 4 Legal Basis for Processing
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, cas8no processes your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contractual Necessity: Processing is necessary to perform the contract between you and cas8no (i.e., to operate your account and deliver gaming services).
- Legal Obligation: Processing is required to comply with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including AML, KYC, and PAGCOR compliance obligations.

- Consent: For marketing communications and any processing of sensitive personal information, we rely on your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Withdrawing Consent: Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time by contacting our support team. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
§ 5 Sharing Your Data
cas8no does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share your data with the following categories of third parties only to the extent necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:
- Payment Processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard processing partners, solely to facilitate deposits and withdrawals. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and PCI-DSS compliance obligations.
- Identity Verification Providers: Third-party KYC and age verification service providers who assist us in verifying your identity and age in compliance with Philippine law.

§ 6 Cookies & Tracking Technologies
cas8no uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the platform. The types of cookies we use are:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the platform to function. These include session cookies that keep you logged in and security cookies that protect against cross-site request forgery. These cannot be disabled.
- Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings, display options, and responsible gaming tool configurations.
- Analytics Cookies: Collect aggregate, anonymized data about how players use the platform (pages visited, session duration, error reports). This data is used solely to improve platform performance and is not linked to your personal identity.

§ 7 Data Retention
cas8no retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. Our standard retention periods are:
- Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account plus a minimum of 5 years after account closure, as required for AML compliance under RA 9160.
- Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of the transaction, in accordance with Philippine financial record-keeping requirements.
- KYC Documents: Retained for the duration of your account plus 5 years after closure, or longer if required by a regulatory investigation or legal proceeding.
- Customer Support Records: Retained for 3 years from the date of the last interaction, unless the matter is subject to ongoing dispute or legal proceedings.
- Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of your consent plus 3 years to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data disposal procedures. Anonymized aggregate data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.
§ 8 Security Measures
cas8no implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction:

§ 9 Your Rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by cas8no:
- Right to Be Informed: The right to be informed of how your personal data is being collected and processed – which this Policy fulfills.
- Right of Access: The right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, along with information about how it is being used.
- Right to Rectification: The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. You may update most account information directly through your account settings.

§ 10 Children's Privacy
The cas8no platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and older, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gaming. cas8no does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately close the associated account, void any transactions, and securely delete the personal data in question. If you believe that a minor has registered on the cas8no platform, please contact our support team immediately.
Age Verification: cas8no employs age verification procedures at registration and may request government-issued identification at any time to confirm that a player meets the 21+ age requirement. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an adult will be suspended pending verification.
§ 11 Changes to This Policy
cas8no reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or platform features. When we make material changes to this Policy, we will:
