§ 1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on cas8no, accessing the platform, or using any of our gaming services, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the cas8no platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

cas8no reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

§ 2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use the cas8no platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style gaming activities.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of cas8no or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by cas8no or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.

cas8no employs age verification procedures during the registration process and may request official government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's license) to confirm your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension pending verification.

§ 3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on cas8no, you must register a player account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Create and maintain a strong, unique password for your cas8no account and not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Notify cas8no immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

cas8no reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete. Account registration is subject to identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) procedures in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. cas8no shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

§ 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cas8no are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• cas8no does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days.
• cas8no reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5.

§ 5 Bonuses & Promotions

cas8no offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to Philippine residents only.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• cas8no reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Players who cas8no determines to be abusing the bonus system – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms – will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed for suspension.

cas8no's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding. If you have questions about a specific promotion, contact our support team before participating.

§ 6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the cas8no platform – including slots, live casino, bingo, crash games, and sports betting – are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules.

• All casino games on cas8no use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game, cas8no reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings generated from a demonstrable software error will not be paid.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the event commences. Bets placed at a given odds value will be honored at that value unless the bet is voided under these Terms.
• cas8no reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances that constitute a palpable error.

§ 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cas8no platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or at any other time, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or unauthorized payment method.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or play if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by an underage person.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one cas8no account, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies in live casino games.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the cas8no platform in place of a human player.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using the cas8no platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider. cas8no will pursue recovery of funds subject to fraudulent chargebacks through all available legal means.

§ 8 Intellectual Property

All content on the cas8no platform – including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials – is the exclusive property of cas8no or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the cas8no platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the cas8no platform without our prior written consent.
• The cas8no name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to cas8no regarding the platform may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

§ 9 Privacy & Data Protection

cas8no is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the cas8no platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

• We collect personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance.
• Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.

§ 10 Responsible Gaming

cas8no is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders or hard limits on the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing (24 hours to 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from cas8no may request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic notifications reminding them of the time elapsed and amount wagered during a session.

§ 11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cas8no and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the cas8no platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game, whether due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or other service providers.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

§ 12 Amendments & Termination

Amendments: cas8no reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination by You: You may close your cas8no account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Termination by cas8no: cas8no reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• You have not logged into your account for a continuous period of 12 months (inactive account).

Survival: Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination – including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution – shall continue to apply after your account is closed.
